Katie Davies began her training at the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in Austin in 2013. An avid runner, basketball player, and sports participant in general, Katie learned through her athletic experiences that she wanted to be involved in sports rehabilitation and helping heal others. She demonstrates a wide variety of techniques and skills, but focuses on myofascial release, deep tissue massage and sports related injuries. Her background in physical therapy at Texas State University helps bridge the connection between a standard Swedish massage and therapeutic massage.
