I went to THAI, the Texas Healing Arts Institute.
How do you describe your massage/work to others?
I like to give connected and intuitive bodywork and in doing that I use slow and steady strokes, stopping when I need to focus and go deeper on a specific issue.
What are some examples of Continuing Education you are interested in and why?
I am interested in Reiki training as I am intrigued about the effectiveness of energy work. I also would love to train in Watsu. I cannot think of anything more peaceful than giving bodywork in a warm and cradling environment.

Receiving massage takes me to my deep personal space. It allows me to be present and aware and gives me an opportunity to learn from others.
What do you do to stay healthy?
I surround myself with healthy things from the people in my life to the things I eat and do. I maintain a vegetarian lifestyle, hang with my dogs and immerse myself into my friends and things I am passionate about such as travel and life experiences.
What do you like about working at Myo Massage?
I love the intimate familial feel at Myo. This is a place that really cares about the welfare of their clients and therapists and I can feel that radiating all around. It is an honor to work with all of the highly skilled therapists that work there.
