Nia is a barefoot technique which blends elements of jazz and modern dance, martial arts, mindfulness, body integration and traditional aerobics for a holistic low impact workout. Classes are choreographed to music and focus on joyful movement, self expression, and body awareness for an energizing experience. It offers the cardiovascular benefits of traditional fitness classes, and encourages personal expression nourishing body, mind and soul.
