Since completing my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Webster University in 2010, I have continued my education in Pilates, yoga, aerial arts, meditation, myofascial release, yoga nidra, and many other forms of mindful movement.
I have been teaching for over 15 years to children, adults, and seniors. I have worked with students who are professional athletes and those just recovering from an injury or illness. No matter the age or ability of a student, I am happy to provide wellness expertise in an accessible and bite size way.
I strive to create classes focused on presence, balance, and strength through joyful and light hearted movement. I am passionate about my students smiling and feeling supported throughout every interaction they have with me. It’s my goal to empower my students with Pilates, yoga, and mindful movement.
