Why did you choose massage therapy as your career?
I grew up an athlete and was always intrigued with the recovery side of sports. I wasn’t sure what I really wanted to do while in school, so I decided to take the leap into massage therapy.

Louisiana Institute of Massage Therapy.
How do you describe your massage/work to others?
A mix of deliberate and slow Swedish/Deep tissue with added Trigger Point work.
How has receiving massage affected you personally?
It leaves me feeling refreshed. It definitely opened up a whole new world of recovery and self care for me.
What are some examples of Continuing Education you are interested in and why?
Sports massage as I’ve always been enamored with working with athletes.
What do you do to stay healthy?
Working out 2-3 times a week as well as cooking which is a big passion of mine.
