How do you describe your massage/work to others?
My massages are a mini vacation experience. Any stress or worries you may have felt when you arrived will melt away as I soothe the sore muscles in your neck, shoulders, back and lower body. Any tension, soreness and tightness you felt before will feel so much better or be gone. As you get up to leave, you notice you feel lighter, more peaceful and rejuvenated, and your whole day just got better.
What do you like about working at Myo Massage?
Using my skills and talents to support other humans to be more relaxed, happier and healthier and working with great people.

What do you do to stay healthy?
I am also a Functional Medicine Health Coach so I stay healthy thru the lifestyle I lead. I meditate, ride my bike, bounce on a mini-trampoine, eat primarily organically, paint, spend time with friends & family, and have lots of fun. And dance, lots of dance!
