In pursuing my practice in massage therapy for the past 29 years, I have focused on chronic pain management, pregnancy massage and Craino-sacral Bodywork. In addition to my private practice, I have offered private mentorship sessions as well as larger workshops. I believe in offering high quality bodywork and training in the Austin and surrounding area.
My goal is to apply the art and science of massage in diverse environments, while
pursuing technical excellence to achieve maximum benefits through bodywork and

I’m a Deep tissue Therapist.

Myofacial, and Craino because I want a deeper understanding of the body and the energetic connections.

Massage therapy has increases my body awareness and given me new options for self care and understanding myself in a deeper way

I walk, receive massage, study the body and energetics, and create art.
