Pelvic Floor PT FAQ

You do not need a referral to come to your initial appointment and can be seen for 10 business days after your initial evaluation without a referral. To continue treatment past 10 days, you will need a referral. This can come from any physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, or chiropractor.

I am an out-of-network provider. This means I will not bill your insurance directly and payment is due at time of service. I will provide you with a detailed receipt called a superbill for each session that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if they allow it. You can pay with your HSA or FSA account if you have one.

At your first session, you will be asked questions about your concerns and symptoms and undergo a physical exam. Based on the information gathered we will discuss treatment options and a plan for PT. You will then receive treatment, education on your condition, and exercises to practice at home. For more details about each of these elements follow the link below and scroll down the screen.
