Pilates/Yoga Fusion blends the best of both worlds. This class integrates the flow of a vinyasa yoga class with the core building exercises of Pilates. You’ll connect your breath to each movement while focusing on properly and safely strengthening your body.

Pilates Yoga Fusion can help you increase your mobility, improve your posture, strengthen and protect the muscles in your back and hips, and help you to relax and unwind.
