Tone & Stretch
In Tone & Stretch, you will spend the first half of class activating targeted muscle groups, and the second half working on flexibility. Together, activating and lengthening the muscles leads to more usable, active range of motion compared to passive stretching. The goal is greater mobility AND strength throughout the range of motion, so that you can control and balance even in precarious positions. This leads to a reduction of pain and injury, joint health and longevity, as well as an increased ability to move freely and easily.
