I graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, New York, in 2015 and have been dedicated to continued growth and education ever since. My approach to bodywork is intentional, integrative, and rooted in the belief that thoughtful, individualized care creates the most meaningful results.
Since 2017, I have incorporated lymphatic drainage into my practice and developed a deep appreciation for how supportive, mindful touch can encourage both relaxation and overall wellness. I enjoy blending therapeutic techniques with a grounded, attentive presence to help clients feel more connected, comfortable, and supported in their bodies.
One of the things I value most about this work is that my clients continually inspire me to keep learning. My passion for ongoing education comes from a genuine desire to better serve the people who trust me with their care. Every client experience teaches me something new and fuels my commitment to refining my skills, expanding my knowledge, and growing as a therapist.
My goal is to create a space where clients feel listened to, cared for, and empowered in their wellness journey through intentional, mindful bodywork.

11 years
How many hours of training do you have?
1242 hours total
Why did you choose massage therapy as your career?
I was once in a committed relationship with a member of the Marine Corps. He was always going through training that was physically difficult and would come home in serious pain. I tried to massage his shoulders, but I always regretted not being able to do something more impactful. Though the relationship didn’t last, the desire to help people through touch and human connection became my inspiration to go to massage school.
Where did you go to school for massage?
Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, New York
How do you describe your massage/work to others?
Informed, supportive, and restorative.
What are some examples of Continuing Education you are interested in and why?
Short-term, I want to learn the Chikley method of lymphatic drainage. I want to improve on the knowledge I already have and learn to feel the rhythm of the lymphatic system. I also want to learn more about myofascial release. I’m coming to believe the ability to work with fascia is the key to long term pain relief. Long-term, I want to take the annual retreat through Mastectomy Guide and become an expert in breast tissue massage. I want to support people who undergo mastectomies and/or implant procedures, whether it be due to cancer or a necessity as gender affirming care.
How has receiving massage affected you personally?
Massage has been my rock for the last decade of my life. I find inspiration in how healing it can be, both body and spirit. It’s been there for me through some of the most emotional times of my life, and been how I show my compassion for my fellow humans in the world.
What do you do to stay healthy?
I do my best to eat cleanly, with as few processed foods as possible. I do hot stretch and pilates to stay mobile and strong. I also have eliminated caffeine from my diet so I can have better sleep and lower my cortisol.
What do you like about working at Myo Massage?
I like that Myo offers diverse methods of self-care.
