Pilates and Fitness

In Private Pilates and Fitness sessions, we work with you to develop a fitness program tailored specifically to your body’s needs and progress it based on your individual goals, giving you appropriate modifications and feedback on your form. Pilates is an choice method of cross training for runners, bikers, dancers, climbers, and athletes as it engages core muscle groups for improved stability and strengthens muscles through their full range of motion for greater mobility. Depending on your situation, your teacher may also incorporate other methodologies stemming from therapeutic exercise, somatic movement, dance, and yoga.

About Errin:

Certified through Peak Pilates, Errin has over a decade of experience teaching group, duet, and private Pilates sessions on mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair. Through her decades long dance education, she has studied many movement modalities and draws on these influences to create a unique fitness experience for each individual.

In addition to Pilates, Errin also offers Pelvic Floor physical therapy and Birth Support services both during and after pregnancy. Working alongside the physical therapy approach, Pilates and therapeutic exercise are great tools for maintaining pelvic health, managing symptoms, and building strength and endurance to return to the activities that you enjoy.

About Kait:

Since completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Webster University in 2010, Kait has continued her education in Pilates, yoga, aerial arts, meditation, myofascial release, yoga nidra, and many other forms of mindful movement.

She has been teaching for over 15 years to children, adults, and seniors. She has worked with students who are professional athletes and those just recovering from an injury or illness. No matter the age or ability of a student, she strives to provide wellness expertise in an accessible and bite sized way.
