Yoga Wall classes are a fun, unique experience allowing you to explore alignment in gravity with support from straps and belts hooked into the wall.  Small class sizes ensure individual attention from your instructor.  Yoga Wall is offered Thursday at 5:15 and Saturday at 11:30.

Welcome to Myo

Myo is an Austin-grown massage, movement and yoga studio specializing in pain management, injury recovery, and better quality of movement. We offer therapeutic and clinical massage like deep tissue, sports massage, and lymphatic drainage; acupuncture and cupping; and stretching and yoga therapies. We also host a unique range of movement classes, including alignment-based Iyengar Yoga, Pilates and Barre, Feldenkrais, Functional Strength and Foundations training, Dance, T’ai Chi and Qi Gong…and more. It’s our mission to help everyone move better, reduce pain and increase strength and balance, from athletes to seniors, from beginners to expert practitioners.

Myo is part of a growing “Movement Movement”, a community of trainers, physical therapists, bodyworkers, and other massage and movement therapists who share the belief that functional strength, mobility, and overall movement ability and freedom are more important than calories burned or pounds lifted. Everyone can gain from better movement, whether you are an elite athlete or just starting out. Our goal is to support you in recovering from injuries, restoring movement, and developing a movement practice that incorporates high quality exploratory movement in everything you do.

We hire only the most experienced, skilled and knowledgeable massage therapists and movement instructors to help our clients make effective and lasting improvements to their health and capabilities.
