Elizabeth Haberer
Elizabeth believes deeply in yoga as a source of joy, healing, and connection. She has been practicing for over 20 years and teaching yoga since 2009. She draws inspiration from the Forrest Yoga system and the Ashtanga tradition, as well as from the everyday resilience of her students. Elizabeth has also obtained specialized training in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga from the Trauma Center in Massachusetts and has trained yoga teachers nationally in trauma-informed yoga. Her classes offer a warm, embodied, healing-centered approach that supports nervous system regulation. Alongside her work as a yoga instructor, Elizabeth is a licensed psychotherapist in private practice. She specializes in the intersection of trauma, mood disorders and relationships. She’s passionate about helping people come home to themselves through movement, breath, or meaningful conversation.
