Kayleigh Stack

Kayleigh Stack grew up in the Catskill mountains near the Zen Mountain Monastery in Mt Tremper, NY. She began studying Zen and various other Buddhist practices at a young age within her hometown and taught yoga for 12 years. She also was fortunate enough to grow up with Chinese Medicine, as she watched her mother heal her IBS with acupuncture, herbs and diet therapy. Later, after a robust performance career, she decided to become an acupuncturist herself. Kayleigh holds a Masters of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (NYC), as well as Western Herbalism certification from North Coast School of Botanical Studies, Ayurvedic and Nutrition training with Northwest Institute of Ayurveda, 500 RYT Yoga Works (NYC) and 200hr RYT Swami Vivekananda Ashram (India). She has trained extensively in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and in Yoga specialized for individuals with Traumatic Brain injury with amazing mentors and teachers both nationally and internationally. She remains a life-long student.
