Josephine’s only career focus has been massage therapy, she graduated Massage school at 19 in 2016, and has been performing massage ever since. Josephine specializes in Deep Tissue Treatment with her top modalities being Paraspinal Stretching , Myofascial Release, and the Cyriax Method. When she is not learning new massage techniques you may find her rasing chickens, fishing, cooking, building new thing and much more.

Why did you choose massage therapy as your career?
I was introduced to massage at the young age of six, I was taught diabetic massage by a doctor to help my grandmother. Seeing how much of a benefit it was to her encouraged me to get into massage therapy.

How do you describe your massage/work to others?
Detailed knowledge based massage.
What are some examples of Continuing Education you are interested in and why?
I have a forever changing interest on continuing education, I receive specialized magazines as well as my professional insurance has online access to CEUs my focus is often on knowledge based treatment.
What do you do to stay healthy?
I like to eat a whole food diet. As well as staying active (water sports, snow boarding , hikes , theme parks) with my family.
How has receiving massage affected you personally?
I enjoy think about the profound layers of the body and it had allowed me to relax and open my mind.

I like the opportunity of knowledge shared without barriers , plus it is such a beautiful place!
