Kelsey Judge is a knowledgeable and personable therapist who has been practicing massage for 9 years. Raised in a household with both parents working as LMTs, their interest in massage began early, and was reinforced by their own journey with chronic pain. While specializing in intuitive deep tissue work, they also assess and identify the sources of physical dysfunction that stem from individual daily use, aiming to rebuild awareness and more sustainable habits. Their ability to intuit where dysfunction is located, coupled with their love for anatomy and physiology, facilitates sessions that provide relief as well as lasting results. Kelsey is strongly committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable space in their practice.

How many hours of training do you have?
750+
Why did you choose massage therapy as your career?
Growing up with massage therapist parents in blue collar communities, I was always very aware of how beneficial massage can be. Having a tangible skill that truly improves people’s quality of life by easing pain and stress has always been an interest, and massage therapy was the answer for me.
Where did you go to school for massage?
College of Healthcare Professions
How do you describe your massage/work to others?
Deep Flow Therapeutic, Deep Tissue
What are some examples of Continuing Education you are interested in and why?
As someone who gears more towards pain management and recovery in their work, I have always been interested in structural integration, or Rolfing. I would also love to learn more about energy work so that I can foster a more emotionally healing space as well.
How has receiving massage affected you personally?
I struggle with chronic back pain myself and have experienced the mental health cycle that occurs when you’re in too much pain to do normal activity. Massage has helped me to move again, which has ultimately improved my mental health. That’s what I want to provide to others.
What do you do to stay healthy?
I love to cook healthy meals and move my body. I like being outside and exploring nature.
What do you like about working at Myo Massage?
So far, I enjoy the support of the team. I appreciate the encouragement to be the best therapist I can be.
