We offer a range of classes including Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais, Meditation, and more. Whether you want to work up a sweat, build strength, or retune your nervous system and body awareness, we have options for you.

Our goal is to enhance your abilities at any level. We’re a great fit if you’re trying to build a sustainable movement practice from the ground up. If you’re already fit, strong, and mobile, our classes will help you cross train, fine-tune your core skills and recover from injuries. Building a solid foundation for movement means enhancing your abilities in everything you do, today and when you’re 90.

Our classes are organized according to their focus and style.


Terra classes build the foundations of movement from the ground up. Expect a focus on alignment, balance, stability and strength.


Sol classes are expansive, joyful and energetic. The focus is on stretching and mobility, often with up-tempo cardio fitness elements.


Luna classes are for rest and repair of both mind and body. They are gentle, slower, restorative, and mindful of injuries and mobility restrictions.

*Class cancellations require 12 hours notice. Classes may not be entered more than 10 minutes late.*
