Erica Nix is on a mission to make working out fun again. You’ll be sweatin’ to the 90s—Richards Simmons style. This will not be your typical aerobics class. This class is more raw, more colorful, and more ridiculous than any class you will have ever experienced. When you workout with Erica you aren’t just working your body, you are creating art—so, get ready to dance your heart out. Wear good clothes for movement and support where you need it. Oh, and feel free to wear your vintage aerobics wear. No pressure though, because she prefers to be the best dressed.
