I’ve been a massage therapist for over 15 years.

How many hours of training do you have?

500+

Why did you choose massage therapy as your career?

I have always enjoyed helping people solve problems. Giving people a sense of being cared for and held in their pain is powerful, I am always grateful to be of service in that way.

Where did you go to school for massage?

I went to school at TSTC in Abilene TX

How do you describe your massage/work to others?

I am intuitive and detailed in my work.  It is a blend of deep and nurturing therapy.

What are some examples of Continuing Education you are interested in and why?

I would love to continue into craniosacral work and Somatic healing. I am fascinated with both of these modalities and have so much respect for the subtle modalities.

How has receiving massage affected you personally:

Massage has always been a way to find nervous system balance for me. Touch is an incredible healing therapy and I love being able to go inside of myself and allow my body to find its way to harmony with all of my systems with massage.

What do you do to stay healthy?

I MOVE MY BODY. I really try to keep active and stretch. I love learning new skills with my body and feeding her nourishing foods and supplement
