Tamara has been in the wellness industry since 2003 when she pivoted from a career in high tech and became a massage therapist, attending the Lauterstein-Conway Massage school. She has received certification in lymphatic drainage from both Klose and Chikly  and studied Cranial Sacral through Upledger. Tamara also enjoys spending her free time with her pets and playing the lever harp.

What are some examples of Continuing Education you are interested in and why?

I have recently become interested in cranial sacral and lymphatic massage. Both modalities are nuanced and while the work is gentle it is also profoundly effective.

Bodywork, exercise, and healthy eating.
